Search-optimized content production

Turns search demand, source material, and human expertise into useful published content with a measurable next step.

Approved layered content-production workflow showing research tools, human-guided briefing, drafting and review, then Drive, article, and Shopify outputs.
01 · Purpose

Why it exists

Content work tends to fragment across keyword exports, briefs, documents, subject-matter review, CMS handoff, and reporting. The workflow keeps those decisions connected so a page has a real audience, a source-backed argument, an accountable reviewer, and a reason to exist after publication.

02 · Sequence

How it works

Automation handles collection, comparison, and repeatable drafting work. Editorial judgment remains visible at every consequential step.

  1. 01

    Assemble source inputs

Bring together approved brand material, existing pages, search data, product facts, and subject-matter context.

  2. 02

    Find intent, gaps, and decay

Compare demand with the current library to identify missing answers, weak coverage, cannibalization, or pages losing relevance.

  3. 03

    Build a source-backed brief

Define the reader, query intent, distinctive angle, evidence, internal links, and acceptance criteria before drafting.

  4. 04

Draft with brand and factual context

Create a working draft that follows the brief while preserving source boundaries and the brand’s actual language.

  5. 05

    Run human review

An editor or subject-matter owner checks claims, usefulness, voice, duplication, and whether the page deserves to ship.

  6. 06

Hand off to Drive or CMS

Move the approved artifact into the publishing surface with titles, metadata, links, images, and ownership intact.

  7. 07

Measure and queue the next action

Review indexing and performance, then route refreshes, consolidation, expansion, or new opportunities back into the system.

03 · Sources

Tools and data sources

The exact stack changes by client; the source hierarchy and review gates do not.

  • Search Console
  • keyword and SERP data
  • approved brand sources
  • existing content inventory
  • Google Drive
  • CMS
  • analytics
  • human review queue

Output

What ships

An approved brief, a reviewed page or article, publishing metadata, internal-link decisions, and a measurement or refresh task.

Review

What stays human

Editorial angle, factual confidence, source interpretation, brand voice, sensitive claims, final approval, and the decision to publish at all.

04 · Boundary

Public-safe proof and constraints

The public view can show workflow structure, approved outputs, and aggregate performance evidence. It cannot expose private search exports, client strategies, credentials, unpublished drafts, or claims without a traceable source. The system supports editorial decisions; it does not turn thin keyword substitutions into publishable pages.
